PlayCrafter Players and Creators,

We are sorry to announce that PlayCrafter will be closing down permanently on Tuesday, May 24, 2011. We are no longer able to cover the expenses for supporting PlayCrafter with the limited amount of traffic that pays for the service. On May 24, all access to the PlayCrafter website and its games (including those that were uploaded to other sites such as Kongregate and Newgrounds) will be removed.

We encourage you to take final screenshots and videos of your created games within the next several days before the service has been discontinued. Please note that our game downloading feature will not fully download your game, so that will not be an adequate method to preserve your work.

We will be refunding players within 7-10 days who have made purchases on PlayCrafter as follows:

- All Pips purchases within the last 6 months = 100% refunded
- All 30 day subscriptions purchased within the last 45 days = 100% refunded
- All 6 month subscriptions purchased within the last 7 months = 100% refunded
- All 1 year subscriptions purchased within the last 6 months = 100% refunded
- All 1 year subscriptions purchased within the last 6-11 months = 50% refunded
